Yoga Retreat Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to create an experience that feels both supportive and seamless for all participants. The following policy helps us honor both your needs and the planning required to hold a meaningful retreat.

Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled retreat date will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat date are non-refundable, except as outlined below.

Exceptions for Emergencies

Refunds (full or partial) may be considered in the following circumstances:
• Serious illness or injury (a doctor’s note may be required)
• Death or serious illness of an immediate family member

Retreat Cancellation by Organizer

If the retreat is canceled by the organizer for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
 Please note that we are not responsible for additional expenses, including travel, lodging, or other incidental costs.

How to Request a Refund

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to: bethaleksinas123@gmail.com
• Requests will be processed within 10 business days of receipt

Non-Refundable Items

Travel, lodging, and any incidental or external expenses are not eligible for reimbursement.
